Rental Services

At Johnson Creek RV Resort & Park, all rates include cable, Wi-Fi, trash pick-up, and full hook-ups. Check out our rates and park maps for RV sites, cabins, and apartments.

Reservations accepted on cabins and apartments no more than 60 days prior to the check-in date. To learn more about the cabins and apartments that are available, give us a call.

Rental Rates

Daily RV Site Rates:
  • 2 person occupancy; extra guest $10 each per day
  • Guest Charges 6-18 yrs rate is $7.00 per night and 18+ rate is $10.00 per night 
  • Daily Reservation must be paid in full at the time of reservation is made.
  • $52 per night, regular rate.
  • $46 per night with TACO, AAA, AMAC, Police, Fire, and Military. (No discounts on holidays.)
  • $26 per night with Passport America; DEBIT. (2 nights only.)
 
Rally Rates: 
 
  • $46.00 21-29 RV’s
  • $48..00 10 to 20 RV’s
  • $52 Under 10 RV’s

*Rally rates only apply to the dates of the rally. No Rally discounts on Holidays.
 
Weekly Rates:
 
  • $280 for all RV sites, plus electric, 2 person occupancy. Water, cable, sewer, trash pick-up, and WiFi included. When booking weekly a $50 deposit is required.
 
Monthly RV site rates: (plus electric)
 
  • Sites 1 – 88, Pull Thru – $565, plus electric

  • Sites 89 – 116, Premium Orchard sites $565, plus electric.

  • *Once Premium Orchard Sites are complete with concrete, they will increase $40.00
    *All rates include water, cable, sewer, WiFi, and trash pick-up.   
 
Monthly reservations
 
  • Any monthly reservation requires a $100 deposit! If you cancel at least 30 days prior to your arrival date (except for the peak months of January, February, and march) you will have one year to use your $100 deposit. 
  • Reservations for peak months of January, February, and march require a $100 deposit to book. If you cancel a peak month reservation you will not receive a refund under any circumstances. 
  • Monthly rent, electric, and propane payments must be paid with check or credit/debit card only.
 
*You can request a site but we can’t guarantee it due to unforeseen circumstances!
 
Guests (RV Sites):
 
  • Daily or Nightly: For guests over the age of 6, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night.
  • Guest Charges 6-18 yrs rate is $7.00 per night and 18+ rate is $10.00 per night 
  • Weekly: For guests over the age of 6, there is a charge of $25 per person, per week. 
  • Monthly: For more than 2 guests, management approval is required. There will be a charge of $40 per person, per month. 
 
RV Storage Rates:
 
  • In-park storage area (not in metered RV site), only $2 per day or $60 a month.
  • *A tax of 6.75% will be charged in addition to storage rates.

Cabin and Apartment Registered Guests

  • Weekly: For guests over the age of 6, there is a charge of $30 per person, per week.
    The number of people is determined by the size of the cabin. 
  • Monthly: For guests over the age of 6, there is a charge of $100 per person, per month.
    The number of people is determined by the size of the cabin. 
  • No Pets or smoking in or around Cabins or Apartments. 
  • Apt B -ADA compliant, service dog approved.
  • Cabin and Apartments are on a month to month basis only. All rights granted to registered guests in our park are through a revocable lease, which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. Texas Penal code 30.05(A-trespass).

The Fine Print

We accept Major Credit/Debit Cards, and Checks. Please contact us for reservations.

ALL vehicles and RV rigs must have up to date registration at the time of arrival.
 
CHECK IN 12 NOON AND CHECK OUT IS 11 AM
LATE CHECK OUT: Allowed up to 1:00pm without charge if requested at the office. Checkouts after 1:00 pm: If requested at the office at a charge of $15.00 for each two-hour increment.
 
Deposits: To reserve a monthly rental a $100 deposit is required. To reserve weekly rental a $50 deposit is required. Monthly cabin and apartment rentals must provide their own bed linens and towels.
 
Holidays: Minimum stay of 2 nights, NO discounts, and requires a full payment at time of reservation. We consider Spring Break a holiday. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING HOLIDAYS! 
 
Cancellations and Refunds:
Reservations during the months of, January, February, and March, NO REFUND will be given and the deposit is not transferable.
 
If you CANCEL during any month other than the peak months you will have a year to use your $100 deposit IF you cancel 30 days prior to your reservation! 
 
Weekly rental reservation requires a 14-day cancellation notice. If less than 14 days is given, a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
 
Daily rental reservation requires a 48-hour cancellation notice. If less than 48 hours is given, a $10.00 cancellation fee will apply.
 
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITE NUMBERS. We do our best to accommodate requests but reserve the right to change your site assignment before you check- in.
 
If a deposit was made with a credit card, a $10 processing fee will apply to refunds.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Electricity cost is $.13 per KWH as of 01/01/2019.
